For the summer semester, your FAFSA and all required documents must be received by the Financial Aid Office by 4:30 pm on April 1, 2014, to have aid in place in time to pay for classes and to ensure refund checks are received on time.

If you delay in submitting all of the required documents by the priority date, you will need to be prepared to pay your registration fees in full to keep your classes from being dropped for non-payment.

Each graduate that placed an order by the deadline will receive a Cap and Gown, a Graduation Information Packet, and other related items and information. All graduates must also complete a Graduate Status Report for the Career Services office, which is required by the Tennessee Board of Regents. Please plan to spend 30 minutes on campus to receive all materials and complete all paperwork.

 
Clarksville, Cookeville and Humphreys County Graduates

Caps and gowns will be sent to your satellite campuses, along with all related items and information. All graduates must complete the Graduate Status Report for the Career Services office when picking up cap and gown orders.
