Approximately 80% of Nashville State graduates stay in the Nashville and middle Tennessee area after graduation. They make a significant contribution to the area’s economic growth as they enter the workforce. Many graduates move forward and continue their education elsewhere, thus adding to the enrollment growth of area universities.
Regardless of which path a graduate may choose, the Nashville State Alumni Association is a way to stay connected to the college. The Association creates opportunities for networking with other graduates and a way to participate in the life of the institution.
The Nashville State Community College Foundation was established as an independent 501c3 nonprofit organization in 1994. For over twenty years, NSCCF has provided funding for scholarships, equipment and infrastructure needs, and faculty and staff grants that enrich the experience of students at Nashville State Community College.
