Nashville State Community College plays a vital role in strengthening the Nashville economy, training the Nashville work force, and providing access to education that students otherwise could not afford. The college prepares students for high-demand career fields such as Healthcare, Information Technology, Engineering Technology, and Culinary Arts. Your support enables the Foundation to both provide scholarship support to deserving students and improve the education they receive.
The increased cost of higher education makes it difficult for many individuals to afford college tuition and fees. At the same time, however, there is an increased need among local employers for skilled employees. Working adult students, as well as those willing to work, are challenged to both pay for their education and juggle other responsibilities in their daily lives.
