Office Hours

The Bursar’s Office (room W-38C) is open from 8:15 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:15 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Friday to receive payments. The Bursar’s Office is closed on Saturdays.

The office closes at 12:00 noon on the last working day of each month for month-end processing of financial records. All payments and business transactions must be received prior to noon.

During semester breaks the Bursar’s Office is open 8:15 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:15 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Friday.

All holidays are observed as determined by the College. Closings due to inclement weather as determined by the College will be posted. The College will notify the appropriate radio and TV stations and post the information on the website so students can be advised accordingly.
