CULINARY ARTS
Term position - Salary Range $31,700 - $42,700. Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts required; Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred. Minimum of five years’ experience in upscale culinary preparation and production with minimum of two years’ experience as chef. ACF certification as chef preferred. Experience in the following areas is also required: restaurant/hotel operations and management, culinary supervision, sanitation, purchasing and inventory control.
