This position will facilitate the set-up and delivery of RX TN staff training, meetings and onsite activities. Duties include but are not limited to assisting completion coach with recruiting and delivery of student support component; coordinating grant-related meetings; and providing office management and purchasing support.
Bachelor’s degree required and two to three years of previous grant administrative experience preferred. Two to three years of office management or project management experience required. Excellent communication and computer skills including Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) are required. The position will be located in Nashville but may require travel from Nashville to Clarksville, Dickson, Cookeville and Waverly.

Student Services: Position will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of student support components, as prescribed by the RX TN grant. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting students with academic plans, assisting students with accessing resources, being available for appointments, collaborating with faculty and staff, helping students apply for Financial Aid, and student outreach.
Bachelor’s degree and proficient computer skills are required. Experience working with students and/or previous counseling experience is preferred.
