Adjunct Instructor - Culinary Arts

Minimum of an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts and/or Hospitality Management from an accredited institution. Minimum of 3 years full-time work experience in a restaurant or food service establishment as chef, executive chef, director, or manager. ServSafe certified as well as eligible for membership in and/or holding certification by the American Culinary Federation as a certified executive chef or certified chef educator. Experience or demonstrated ability in integrating technology in instruction.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or related business field from an accredited institution required; Master’s degree preferred. Applicant must have an active CPA or CIA certification. At least five years’ professional experience in auditing; up to two years professional experience in accounting or related business field may be substituted for two years in auditing. Demonstrated professional experience in managing projects and working independently required. Experience working or auditing in higher education and documented supervisory experience preferred.

Speech Instructor - Southeast Campus

Academic-year, term position. A Master’s degree in speech or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution is a minimum requirement of the position.

College teaching experience is preferred. All faculty positions require computer literacy, the ability to use technology in the classroom, and proficiency in oral/written English. Duties potentially include, but are not limited to, day/evening classes, on/off campus teaching, online teaching, curriculum development, advising students, and other responsibilities as assigned.
