Mathematics Instructor

Master’s degree in mathematics or related discipline from an accredited institution with 18 graduate hours in mathematics required. 

Sociology Instructor

Master’s degree with emphasis in sociology from an accredited institution with 18 graduate hours in sociology required.

Law Enforcement Instructor

Bachelor’s degree with a major in Criminal Justice and three years’ professional experience or an Associate’s degree in a Criminal Justice field with seven years’ professional experience is required. Three years of professional experience as a general or specialized police instructor is preferred.

Help Desk Support Technician

High school diploma or equivalent required. Working knowledge of hardware, software, the internet, and networked systems with an ability to clearly discuss the same with a range of individuals who have minimum to high levels of technical knowledge required. Account Clerk I

Bursar’s Office. (Office hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.) High school diploma or educational equivalent required. Candidates must be bondable, possess one year of recent cashiering and/or accounting work experience, and have excellent computer skills, working with both mainframe cash receipting and/or accounting systems. Ability to reconcile control accounts and subsidiary ledgers helpful.

Dean of Mathematics and Natural Sciences

Academic year appointment. This division includes programs in mathematics, biology, chemistry, and physics. A Master’s degree or Doctorate in appropriate field; administrative/supervisory experience; and teaching experience, preferably at the college level, are required. Experience with word processing, databases and presentation software used in academic administration required. Summer employment at no less than 75% is guaranteed and is covered by a supplemental contract. The Dean reports to the Vice President for Academic Affairs and is responsible for providing leadership and coordinating the educational, administrative and financial affairs within the instructional division.

Adjunct Faculty - Healthcare Management

Part-time instructors needed to teach Healthcare Management and Medical Coding. Qualifications: Registered Health Information Administrator with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management (Medical Record Administration) plus five years’ experience in Health Information OR a health-related Bachelor’s degree with coding certification or Master’s degree with three years healthcare management and/or coding experience. A thorough knowledge of medical terminology, ICD and CPT coding experience, health care management experience, and a working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office are required. Position requires classroom/laboratory instruction in all Healthcare Management courses.
