Director of Property Management and Accounting Services - Main Campus

Bachelor’s degree and CPA required. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum seven years of experience in an accounting area environment with experience in fixed asset accounting (minimum 3 years), complex account reconciliations, auditing, budgeting, and financial statement preparation. Advanced Excel Skills required (Pivot, V-Lookup, Marco, If Statements, etc.). Self-starter with ability to work independently and good communication skills, both oral and written, are essential. Experience with Banner and Argos Reports also a plus.

  • Responsible for fixed asset accounting which involves monitoring, recording additions and disposals, reporting, and conducting an annual physical inventory.
  • Responsible for preparation of cash reconciliations includes operating, payroll, and other accounts as assigned.
  • Assist in the preparation of Year End Financial Statements for the College, Foundation, and TCATs as assigned.
  • Oversight of Mailroom and Copier Center.
  • Serve as back-up for the Purchasing Coordinator.

Technical Clerk - Records

Records Office. Associate’s degree preferred; high school diploma or educational equivalent required. Proficiency in business English and math are required. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail are required. Preference will be given to applicants with a minimum of two years of work experience at a college/university and the Banner software system.

The incumbent must possess the ability to work independently and with initiative to perform basic to complex clerical tasks. They will also be responsible for front desk coverage for lunch/breaks at a minimum of one day a week. All clerical staff answers the ACD phone line as part of their duties each day. Some of the primary duties include but are not limited to: ordering of supplies, room reservations, represents the Records Office at New Student Orientation, processing enrollment and graduates files for the National Student Clearinghouse, and assist the graduation specialist as needed.
