Director of Human Resources - Affirmative Action Officer

Internal Auditor

Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or related business field from a regionally accredited institution required; Master’s degree preferred. Must be an active CFE, CPA or CIA. At least four years’ professional experience in investigative auditing required. Up to one year professional experience in criminal justice, auditing, or accounting may be substituted for one year in investigative auditing. Demonstrated professional experience in managing projects and working independently required. Experience working or auditing in higher education and documented supervisory experience preferred.

Director of Workforce Development

Oversees the operation of a workforce development unit that works with business and industries to provide appropriate training and education for members of the emerging and incumbent workforces.

Minimum Standards: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred. Three years’ experience working in a business or industry required. Five years’ successful experience in developing a trained workforce, with a history of increasing responsibility in workforce development required. Successful experience in developing and marketing workforce programs to business/industry required.
