Technical Clerk - Admissions and Testing - Clarksville

Clarksville Campus. A high school diploma or educational equivalent required.  Proficiency in business English and computer skills required.  Minimum of one year of responsible experience in admissions, records, or testing in a higher education setting preferred. Experience with student information systems such as Banner preferred.

Secretary I - Clarksville Campus

Part-time - 22.5 hours/week. Assists students and visitors with general information and performs routine clerical tasks. High school diploma or educational equivalent, proficiency in business English, basic mathematics and microcomputer/word processing skills required.

Account Clerk I - Bursar’s Office

Bursar’s Office.  (Office hours:  9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.)  High school diploma or educational equivalent required.  Candidates must be bondable, possess one year of recent cashiering and/or accounting work experience, and have excellent computer skills, working with both mainframe cash receipting and/or accounting systems.  Ability to reconcile control accounts and subsidiary ledgers helpful.

Account Clerk Supervisor - Cashiering and Registration

Bursar’s Office. High school diploma or educational equivalent is required. Candidates must be bondable; possess two to four years’ experience in accounts receivable, cashiering, or related experience; and, possess the ability to complete general ledger account reconciliations. Administrative/supervisory experience required. Excellent computer skills required to include spreadsheet, word processing, and cash receipting/accounting systems.
