The Kisber Library facilitates learning and research for Nashville State students, staff, and faculty. Fully automated, the Kisber Library features an on-line catalog, ebook collections, and periodical databases. It has an extensive collection of books, periodicals, and audio-visual materials. There is also space for private and group study. Materials not available at the NSCC Kisber Library can be borrowed through Interlibrary Loan. The Kisber Library also provides media for instructors to use in their classrooms. The Kisber Library is open to the public, although children must be accompanied by an adult.

Most music and motion pictures are copyrighted and thus it is illegal to download these materials. Tennessee State Law requires the college to vigorously enforce this policy. No student or employee of NSCC should use the college computers or network for this purpose. Any violation of this policy will result in appropriate action taken.
