The Library Catalog provides access to the library’s collection of print books, electronic books, periodicals, and audio/ visual items.
Where can I access the Library Catalog?
To connect to the catalog from the World Wide Web, enter Nashville State’s homepage URL, www.nscc.edu, and click on the pull-down menu under student to link to the library catalog.
What is the Library Catalog link?
Clicking on the Library Catalog link automatically takes you to the Library Catalog search page. When you have accessed the catalog, the following page will be displayed.

What do the terms on this page mean?
The search buttons provide you with several different ways to search for information. You may search the library’s holdings by clicking on Keyword, Browse, or Exact. Keyword returns holdings containing the word(s) you have entered. Browse returns catalog headings beginning with the first word you have entered. Exact returns holdings that exactly match the word(s) you have entered.
You may refine your search by clicking on Search Everything, Author, Title, Subject, Series, and Periodical Title.
