Contact Your Instructor

It is your responsibility to email your instructor through NS Online on the first official day of class after you have registered. For the official first day of classes during the semester, check the Semester Calendar.

If you are unable to access your course on the first day of classes, try one of the following ways:

Email your instructor.
-or-
Call your instructor.
-or-
Go by your instructor's office.

Note: If you have registered late, you should wait 24/48 hours before trying to log-in to the course.
