be reached by phone at 353-3678 during operating hours. You can also
contact them by email. In your
email, include the following information:
Your name
Your
username and password
Your instructor's name
Course number
and section
Clearly state the problem

The system seems
to be down and I cannot get to my course

password, and I cannot get into my course

provide computer, modem, software, or ISP technical support.
