If you require technical help, please contact the Computer Services Help Desk. They can be reached by phone at 353-3678 during operating hours. You can also contact them by email. In your email, include the following information:

Your name

Your username and password

Your instructor's name

Course number and section

Clearly state the problem

The types of problems you would refer to the Help Desk are:

The system seems to be down and I cannot get to my course
I'm using my username and password, and I cannot get into my course
Nashville State does not provide computer, modem, software, or ISP technical support.

Instructor Assistance
If you have questions about course material, links that do not work in the course, or questions about how to use the tools within the course, contact your instructor.
