Enrollment & Degree Verifications

Nashville State Community College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications.

Employers and Background Screening Firms should contact:

Students:

First, click on the Clearinghouse ICON above. Then follow the steps below.

1. Insert Username: Instruction\(CWID Number) Ex: Instruction\12345678
**Note: The slash must be entered as a backslash ( \ ).
The system will not accept a forward slash ( / ).

(The CWID Number , student ID # is issued to you by the Admissions or Records office once you have completed the application process.)

2. Insert Password: Each student’s Password is now his or her six-digit PIN (Personal Identification Number). If you do not know your PIN, please contact the Records office at 615-353-3218.

3. After logging in, follow instructions given on the Clearinghouse website.
