Our students receive assistance for technical issues related to the college’s computers, its network, and online learning systems (NS Online web courses) from the Computer Help Desk. Help Desk Support Technicians work with students who experience technical problems ranging from an inability to logon to troubleshooting online course issues.
Open Computer Lab
The Open Computer Lab provides student access to PC and Mac computers, classroom software, Internet access, and academic course-related activities.
Open Lab Equipment
Current equipment includes 24 stations connected to two laser printers: one multi-functional printer (MFP) with optional color, copy, and duplex print functions; and one single-sided black and white printer. In addition there are four flatbed scanners: two attached to Mac computers, and two attached to Windows computers.
