Registration Information for Fall 2007
The registration period begins on April 9, 2007. All outstanding balances must be paid and registration holds cleared before a student will be allowed to register.
For students who register early (from April 2 - Aug. 15, 2007) for the Fall 2007 semester, payments are due in full by noon on Aug. 15, 2007 or the student will be dropped from all classes. Students who mail payments must allow sufficient time (at least three days) for the payments to be received and processed by the College. Bills will be processed for students in mid-July, 2007, but do not wait for the billing statement to pay fees. (Please be sure your billing information is up-to-date and reflects your current address to avoid delays in receiving your billing statement.)Account information may also be accessed online by the student. All fee payments are due by noon on Aug. 15, 2007, including third-party authorization letters, deposits for deferred payment contracts, and fee discount forms. Students who register between Aug. 10, 2007 and Aug. 27, 2007 must have their fees paid in full or financial aid in place by the close of business on the day of enrollment to avoid being dropped from all classes for nonpayment of fees. Payment is due at the time of registration (same day). Dropping students from classes for nonpayment of fees will occur daily from Aug. 15, 2007 through Aug. 27, 2007
If a student 1) adds a class, or 2) drops and adds a class or classes, and if additional fees are due, payment must be made the same day or ALL classes will be dropped. This also applies to deferred payment contracts when additional fees are due for the deposit as a result of dropping and adding classes.
Students who may have fee discounts should forward the discount forms to the Bursar’s Office prior to Aug. 15, 2007 or bring the forms with them if they register on campus. Please ensure that all forms are completed with appropriate required signatures before forwarding or bringing the forms to the Bursar’s Office. Incomplete forms will not be processed. Discount forms will not be accepted after Aug. 27, 2007. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that all financial arrangements to pay tuition and fees have been made prior to enrolling in classes.
