RAD Certification
The Cookeville Campus of NSCC recently completed a class in RAD (Rape Aggression Defense) certification. The RAD system is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques for women hosted by instructors from within the Cookeville Police Department. The RAD system is dedicated to teaching women defense concepts and techniques against assault by utilizing easy, effective and proven self-defense tactics.
New RAD classes to be held March 18th, March 25th, April 1st and April 8th from 6:00 to 9:00. Contact Sharon Dyer at 931-520-0551, Ext. 102 for details. The classes are free.
