Positions for New A.A.S. Program in Nursing
Nashville State Community College is currently conducting a needs assessment for an A.A.S. program in Nursing. This program is contingent upon approval. A letter of interest and resume/vita will be required of all interested candidates.DIRECTOR/COORDINATOR NURSING PROGRAM
($70,000 - $85,000)
This position is 80% administrative and 20% instructional. The director will provide leadership for the program, including evaluation and supervision of faculty, maintaining applicable accreditations, and supplying guidance for clinical activities and campus labs.
Requirements: A Doctorate degree in nursing is required. Four to six years’ work experience in the field, with a minimum of three years’ instructional experience with an accredited program is required. Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a registered nurse in Tennessee and BLS certification is required. College teaching experience is preferred. Apply for this position

Assumes responsibility for delivering instruction, academic advising, and assistance in curriculum development and related activities.
Requirements: A Master’s degree in nursing and two years’ recent nursing clinical work experience are required. Licensure as a registered nurse in Tennessee is required.
