Faculty Training and Support

• One-on-one support for faculty who are developing web courses.
• Group training for faculty who are developing Web courses.
• Faculty support for projects that require software not commonly used across the campus:
• Faculty training at off-campus sites.
• Train and support for video course faculty to set up Web sites with course syllabi.
• Group training for WebCT and software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access,
FrontPage, and Dreamweaver.
• Faculty support for RODP courses.


Training Rooms

Instructional Services uses two training rooms:
K-163 for group training and K-106 for individual training.

How to Request Services

• To request an account for a course on the WebCT Server, email the Help desk at helpdesk@nscc.edu or call 353-3678. Provide the name and number of the course.

• To request a FrontPage Account, email the Help Desk at helpdesk@nscc.edu or call
353-3678. Indicate that the request is for a FrontPage account.

• To request one-on-one support in your office or the Instructional Services Center,
call 353-3432.
