Culinary Student Wins National Competition

Nashville State culinary student Alex Hartfelder has won first place in a national competition sponsored by Emmi Roth USA, a manufacturer of high-end specialty cheeses. Alex worked with Chef Marylou Tate and developed Pistachio Crisps with Spicy Red Pepper Jelly utilizing Emmi Roth’s Grand Cru Gruyere Cheese (See the recipe).
