Grades

Students can obtain their grades for a particular term via myNSCC by following these directions. To protect the nature of the student's record, no grades will be released by phone.

Transcript Requests

Important: Effective July 1, 2004, students may receive up to five free copies of their transcripts.  There is a $3 charge for each transcript copy beyond five.  This applies to both official and unofficial copies.

No phone or email requests for transcripts will be honored.

Transcripts can be obtained by coming in to the Records Office during business hours, or sending a fax.

Use the following form: Transcript request form or include all of the information listed below.

Faxed requests must contain the following information:
Name of Student
SSN
Last name, middle initial, first name
A copy of a legible photo ID (for faxed requests only)
Date of Birth
Dates Attended
Name and address of place where transcripts should be sent
A handwritten signature (for faxed requests only)

Fax to: 615-353-3302

An official copy of a transcript is printed on security paper. Official copies are required by other colleges and some prospective employers.

If you need an unofficial copy, please sign in to myNSCC and click on "Unofficial Transcript".  You may still receive a hard copy of an unofficial transcript by following the instructions above, but any copies will count toward your five transcript accrual.
