Transcripts can be obtained by submitting a request in one of the following ways: coming into the Records Office during business hours, sending a fax, or via mail.
Steps to Request an Official NSCC Transcript

2. Hand deliver, fax, or mail the completed transcript request to the Records Office:

If you need an unofficial copy of your transcript, please login to myNSCC and click on “Student Records” and then “Academic Transcript”.
Fee for Transcripts
Student are allowed up to five free copies of their transcript; once the five free transcript limit has been exceeded, a $3.00 charge per transcript with be assessed.
Students will be billed for the charged transcript(s); payment should be made to the Bursar’s Office at NSCC:
Bursar’s Office, Room S-203, Student Services Center
Photo ID Needed
If a transcript request is sent via fax or mail, it must be accompanied by a photo ID (driver’s license or NSCC student ID preferred)
Transcripts are generally processed within 24/48 hours; however, during peak periods (heavy registration or end of term), please allow up to five business days for the request to be processed.
For students who have a financial hold on their account, transcripts cannot be mailed until the debt has been paid and the hold has been released. Letters will be mailed from the Records Office to students who have a financial hold on their account.
However, it is the student’s responsibility to notify the Records Office once they have cleared their debt and the hold has been released so that we can process the request. We will only hold transcript requests for 30 days from the date of receipt in the Records Office; after that, the student will be required to submit another request to the Records Office.
