Proctoring Services
As a public service to our community, the Testing Center offers proctoring services. The Testing Center supports the academic departments on campus by proctoring online web courses, departmental testing (classroom make-up exams for individual students, not the whole class), general education exit exams, and departmental exit exams.
Another service provided is proctoring midterm and final exams for students enrolled in the Regents Online Degree Program. Many students enrolled in online classes from other institutions, (Independent Study) also avail themselves of our proctoring services.

NSCC Departmental Proctoring
As a service to Nashville State faculty and students, the Testing Center offers proctoring services to students enrolled in Nashville State courses who need to make up an exam.
This service is available at the discretion of each faculty member, and will only be provided if the student's instructor has approved and delivered the test to the Testing Center.
This service is available to individual students only. The Testing Center does not offer whole-class testing.
Departmental test proctoring is available Monday through Friday on a walk-in basis. Departmental test proctoring is not available on Saturday. Saturday testing is reserved for Web online courses, RODP, and Independent Study.

NSCC Online Learning Web Course Proctoring
As a service to our Online Learning programs, the Testing Center offers proctoring services to students enrolled in Nashville State Web and hybrid Web courses, and for departmental exit exams.
Test proctoring is available Monday through Friday on a walk-in basis. Please click here for the Testing Center hours of operation.
Saturday testing is available by appointment only. Students must register at least two days in advance.

As a service to the RODP programs, the Testing Center offers proctoring services to students enrolled in RODP Web courses. RODP test proctoring is available by appointment only. Students must register at least two days in advance.

Independent Study Information
As a public service to our community, the Testing Center offers proctoring services on a limited basis to individuals enrolled in classes at other colleges and universities.
Test proctoring is available by appointment only. Students must register at least two days in advance.
Proctoring Fee: $25.00 per exam

ADA Proctoring Services
As a service to Disability Services, the Testing Center offers proctoring services on a limited basis to students needing accommodated testing. If a room reservation is required, students are required to register at least two days in advance.
