Dickson Campus

Nashville State’s Dickson campus is a warm and friendly environment with the resources students need to succeed. At Nashville State, build the foundation you’re looking for to transfer to a four-year school or move directly into the workforce.

While Nashville State has now moved into its new permanent home in the new Dickson Center of Higher Education, its full complement of classes won't be available until the Fall 2026 semester begins in August.

Come August, Nashville State will continue to offer its traditional 15-week semester alongside its accelerated 7-week course model. A limited number of classes will be offered beginning March 16, when the 2nd 7-week term begins. Accelerated courses offer students the option to save time, earn credits faster, and progress more efficiently. 2nd 7-week term classes include biology, communications, English, history, music, and psychology.

Additional on-campus classes will be offered during the summer semester beginning May 26.

The Nursing program has expanded to Dickson campus, with the first cohort having started. Apply now for the Fall 2026 LPN to RN Bridge program  -- application window is open.
