Login to Your Classes in D2L
NS Online/ D2L
All courses at Nashville State have an online course shell in D2L whether it is offered on-campus, virtually, hybrid, or online. You will need to login with your “A” Number and password to access your courses. NSCC online courses have a “W” labeled section number. Any course ending with section number R01, R25, or R50 is a TN eCampus course and you will need to use the TN eCampus login. Need help accessing your NS Online course? TN eCampus
To access courses registered through TN eCampus, sign into TN eCampus to access those online courses. On your schedule, TN eCampus courses will be designated with an R01, R25, or R50 section number. Your TN eCampus login will not be the same as your NS Online login. Create your username and password with the instructions on the TN eCampus login page:
"A" Number and Passwords for D2L Access
New students will need to apply to NSCC first to receive a login ID – your "A" number – from Admissions. Once you have an "A" number, you will need to set your password before you can login to myNSCC or NS Online/D2L. Employees, see your department for your credentials, then set your password.
Register for Classes
myNSCC
To register for NSCC or TN eCampus web classes, go to myNSCC. You will need to login with your “A” Number and password. Here you can register for classes, make payments, view your class schedule and grades.

Nashville State Email
Student Email
Find student email within Office 365. Use your student email address as the login ID and your myNSCC password. Download the Microsoft Office suite once you are logged in by clicking the “Office 365” download link on the upper left.
Employee Email
Faculty & Staff can access their emails through the Employee webmail portal. Use the same user name and password as you use on campus computers.
