Don’t let the cost of tuition stop you from continuing your education. Check off the items on this page in order to apply for Financial Aid at NSCC. Once all of these requirements have been met, aid will be awarded based on eligibility and aid preference. When ready, information will be mailed to you and available to review on myNSCC under Self-Service.

Complete the FAFSA

The FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) is the only application you need to be considered for federal and state grants and scholarships. You must submit a new FAFSA each year. Submit your FAFSA as early as October 1 in the year prior to the academic year you intend to start school. Submit your application as soon as possible to increase your chance of grants and scholarships.

After we receive your FAFSA application, we will send you a letter with instructions on how to access your Financial Aid Status on your MyNSCC account. You will need to log into your account to view updates and needed requirements.
