Nashville State Dickson Campus Moves to New, Permanent Location Ahead of Full Fall 2026 Launch
Starting Monday, March 9, 2026, Nashville State Community College’s Dickson campus will be at its new permanent home at the Dickson Center of Higher Education, located off Highway 46, next to the TriStar Horizon Natchez campus. The address is 2575 Highway 46 S, Dickson, TN 37055.
The campus offers a Welcome Center for admissions and financial aid assistance, student
account services, academic advising, student support resources such as food and personal
item assistance, student lounges, and a testing center for math and English placement.
Beginning in August, students will have access to Nashville State’s general education academic programs, and pending state approval, an EMT program. Nashville State’s Dickson’s first nursing cohort started in January at TriStar Horizon Medical Center and will move over to the campus in August.
Once fully operational in August, Nashville State will continue to offer its traditional 15-week semester alongside its accelerated 7-week course model. A limited number of classes will be offered beginning March 16, when the 2nd 7-week term begins. Accelerated courses allow students to save time, earn credits faster, and progress more efficiently.
2nd 7-week term classes will include biology, communications, English, history, music, and psychology.
Additional on-campus classes will be offered during the summer semester beginning May 26.
