TriStar Horizon Invests in the Future of Healthcare Through Nashville State Partnership

Nashville State's School of Health Sciences continues to strengthen industry partnerships across Northern Middle Tennessee, creating meaningful opportunities for students and programs.

Recently, TriStar Horizon Medical Center donated two patient beds that will be used for nursing education at the new Dickson Center of Higher Education, home to Nashville State's Dickson campus and a shared learning space with TCAT Dickson's Allied Health programs.

The donation supports Nashville State's growing nursing program, which now serves students at the White Bridge, Dickson, and Clarksville campuses. Nashville State nursing educator Bob Spencer, who also serves as Chair of TriStar Horizon's Board of Trustees, coordinated the donation with the hospital's facilities team.

TriStar Horizon has been a longstanding partner in the region. Its Natchez campus is located adjacent to the Dickson Center of Higher Education, and the hospital previously donated the nine acres of land on which the center was built.
