Industrial Training Courses

This interactive course is designed to prepare students for entry-level positions as operators and maintenance technicians in industry and manufacturing. Training will include topics related to technical and interpersonal knowledge and skills which have been identified by local industry leaders as critical to long-term employee success.

Computer/IT Training

Technology is one of today’s hottest industries. Computer and information systems training can open new doors to the rapidly changing world of information technology. With both instructor-led and computer-based courses ranging from basic computing skills to advanced IT skills training, WDCE provides training opportunities that allow you and your organization to fully utilize the potential of information technology.

Leadership & Management Training

True leadership involves the desire for ongoing learning and keeping an open mind for further self-development. We offer a series of two- and four-hour workshops designed for companies who are seeking further personal development for their employees.

Advanced Manufacturing Training

WDCE offers a variety of training courses that can be useful to employees in the manufacturing sector. Courses such as Shop Math, Blueprint Reading, Electricity/Electronics, Pneumatics/Hydraulics, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), AutoCAD, and Welding.
