Graduation Exit Exam

Exit Exams are an important graduation requirement.
All students graduating with a degree or certificate from Nashville State Community College are required to take a graduation exit exam during their final semester. Different degrees and certificates have different exit exams, so it is very important that you sign up for the correct exam. Your Degree Works account will show your degree/certificate type. Details on how to take the correct exit exam for your degree/certificate are listed below.
If you are graduating with a Technical Certificate, please contact your program advisor or program director for information on the Technical Program Exit Exam.
Associate of Applied Science Degree
If you are graduating with an Associate of Applied Science degree, please contact your program director for information on the A.A.S. Program Exit Exam.
Associate of Arts, Associate of Fine Arts, Associate of Science, Associate of Science in Teaching
If you are graduating with an Associate of Arts, Associate of Fine Arts, Associate of Science, or an Associate of Science in Teaching degree, you will need to schedule the Graduation Exit Exam (CCTST) with the Testing Center. There are two options to take this exam:
- On-Campus: Appointments may be scheduled to test at any of our campus locations. To schedule an appointment, please go to the Testing Center page.
