The Industrial Electrical & Instrumentation Technician Technical Certificate at Nashville State provides hands-on training in industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, wiring, and equipment maintenance. Students learn to install and troubleshoot electrical components, interpret blueprints, apply National Electrical Code standards, and verify proper operation of industrial equipment. Graduates are prepared for careers in manufacturing, power generation, chemical processing, pharmaceutical production, food and beverage operations, and wastewater treatment facilities.

Lab courses will give you experience in installing wiring and electrical components, following blueprints, the National Electrical Code®, and state and local codes. You will also be able to check instruments and equipment for correct operation.
